Who is the Healthcare Inspired Learning Portal for?
This portal is for healthcare professionals — coders, billers, credentialing specialists, compliance officers, practice administrators, and providers — who are enrolled in a Healthcare Inspired course, webinar, or certification program.
How do I get access to a course?
You can create a free account yourself any time — just click "Free Account" above with your name and email. You can also be enrolled directly by a Healthcare Inspired program coordinator. Either way, logging in is always by email: enter your email at "Student Login" and we'll send you a one-click secure login link — no password or code to remember.
I haven't been enrolled yet — can I still browse?
Yes. Anyone can browse our public course and webinar catalog and download free resources below without logging in. You only need to log in once you're ready to start a course or track your certificate progress.
What is an HCi Membership, and what do I get with it?
HCi Members get access to premium, members-only courses and resources, plus a link to our private community forum for networking and peer discussion with other healthcare professionals. Ask your coordinator about upgrading your account.
How do live webinars and Zoom sessions work?
When you're enrolled in a course with a live session, we'll email you the Zoom link before the session starts. You can also find the link on your course page inside the portal once you're logged in.
Are the resources on this page really free?
Yes — the resources listed below are free to download for anyone. Additional resources are available to enrolled students and HCi Members inside the portal.
How do I submit an assignment?
PDF and Word assignments are uploaded directly on the lesson page inside your course. For video assignments, we use a simple Dropbox upload link provided on the assignment page — no separate account needed.
I have a question about a lesson — who do I ask?
Each lesson inside the portal has an "Ask a Question" box where you can message your instructor directly and get a reply without leaving the course.
